At Wild Dog Computers Inc., we are now offering remote service which allows us to better servce you by saving you the trouble of bringing your computer in when you have a problem. As long as you can get online with a broadband connection (Time Warner, AT&T etc..), we are able to "remotely connect" to your computer and address the problem you are experiencing.

The connection to your computer is 100% secure and supports 256bit encryption, the same encryption used by banks. At the end of the remote support session, you will be instructed on how to delete the remote software from your computer and we can no longer have access to your computer.
When you call us, you only have to download one file which is called "Teamviewer" located to the right. The file is easily accessible and only requires a two step process. Once you download the file and run it, you will be required to give us the unique username and password that the file will create. Then, with your agreement, we will access your computer remotely. With every start of of the software, a new session password will be generated which prevents any permanent access for the applications spontaneous support and presentation. Therefore, without your permission and guidance, we will be unable to access your computer after we are done with our services.
About 70% of a client's problems can be eliminated or fixed remotely. If we establish that the problem cannot be solved remotely, you will not be charged for the remote access ,and we will come to your house and solve the problem on-site. Much of our diagnostic equipment is portable, and we will remove your computer to our workshop only when the problem requires more detailed diagnosis or repair.
